2. Description of Service

dotaxspain provides Spanish tax declaration preparation services. We help residents and expats prepare and file their Declaración de la Renta (annual income tax declaration) with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria).

3. Service Fee

Our service fees vary by service type. Prices start from €35 for Modelo 210. The fee is payable upon submission of your information and is non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to complete your tax declaration due to our error.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload authentic documents
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Review your tax declaration before final submission
• Notify us of any errors or omissions

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. dotaxspain prepares your tax declaration based on the information and documents you submit. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Limitations of Service

Our service is limited to the preparation and filing of the standard Declaración de la Renta (Modelo 100). Complex tax situations may require additional services or fees, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

dotaxspain's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of dotaxspain and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
